Spanish boat licence : ¨titulin¨ allows you to helm a boat only in Spanish waters up 6 meters , Jet-Ski upto 50 HP , 2 miles from the coast . You will need a Spanish NIE and to complete a Spanish medical to obtain the Spanish ¨titulin¨. All you need is valid identification to obtain your RYA Powerboat level 2 certificate .
